@samanthasito for the template. I used to not have a morning routine, I get up around 11 or so maybe eat something for "breakfast" then play videogames all day. Now I get up around 6:30-7 am and I make my bed, drink a glass of water, read, eat a quick snack to hold me off until breakfast, go for a walk, and journal! And it feels GREAT. So today I encourage you to make a morning routine for yourself tomorrow, doesn't have to be anything crazy just start making your bed, or drink some water.
